A little more about us...

So who are we anyway?

- "We" are mostly just myself, and you can call me N.K. for now. I do have some help when things get busy or more customers need me, but this is largely a solo act.

- I have more than twenty years experience in technical support and electronics repair. I've built servers and desktops, repaired communications equipment, managed building controls, administered networks and servers, repaired laptops and tablets, serviced smartphones, and everything in between.

- In my two-plus decades in this industry, I've served everyone from startups to state government, including over nine years serving the state's most well known university.

- My experience is proven. In addition to references all over the tech industry inside and outside of Kentucky, I have also held numerous industry certifications including A+, ITIL Management Foundations, Apple ACMT, Microsoft MTA, Dell Service Qualification, and more.

- With all I have learned about the technologies my clients need, I've also learned that there are communities under-served or disenfranchised by the tech industry at large. Minorities and the socially or financially disadvantaged are often unable to access high quality one-on-one technical services. I personally aim to correct this shortcoming. Rest assured that not only are my services affordable, but that I treat every customer as an equal. I look forward to serving those who need it most.
