Intake and inspection for items brought to us for repair

$15 flat

We charge this fee for basic diagnostics, regardless of time taken, just to inspect the item and determine if it can be repaired.

Travel charges if we come to you

$15 flat

Lexington, KY / Winchester, KY / Richmond, KY area only. Further travel (if approved) will be charged at $20/hr pro-rated to next 1/2 hour

Hourly labor for repairs - Personal

$60/hr

Personal item repairs have labor pro-rated to next 1/2 hour

Hourly labor for repairs - Business

$80/hr

We're happy to serve your small to medium business needs as well! On-site repairs for businesses have labor pro-rated to next full hour.

Hourly consulting for large tech jobs - Personal

$75/hr

Personal consulting work has labor pro-rated to next 1/2 hour

Hourly consulting for large tech jobs - Business

$100/hr

Business-to-business consulting work has labor pro-rated to next full hour

If you need parts or shipping or some specialized service, rest assured, we can handle it.

Shipping to deliver/return any item

At cost, guaranteed.

Shipping carrier, insurance, etc, open to discussion

Parts needed for any and all repairs

At or below market rate, guaranteed.

We never up-charge for parts! You only pay what it costs us to procure them.
